CreaTech Frontiers launch

Join Create Central at the official launch for CreaTech Frontiers, the creative industries cluster aiming to drive innovation and growth of the creative industries in the West Midlands through collaborative research and development, business support and skills programmes.
The official launch and celebration event, hosted by Professor David Mba, Vice-Chancellor of Birmingham City University, is on Tuesday 29 April 4 - 6pm, where we will share the CreaTech Frontiers vision and outline the ambitious programme of activity for regional businesses.
Led by Birmingham City University with Coventry University, the University of Birmingham, the University of Warwick and the Royal Shakespeare Company, CreaTech Frontiers is a five-year project funded by a £7.2 million grant of the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC), part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). Creative SMEs will be able to apply for grants to support R&D development, access academic R&D expertise, mentoring and training, and access research and development labs.
