Create Central is managed by an Executive Team of specialists with expertise across various disciplines.

Led by long-term senior executive Suzie Norton, the team includes global innovation expert Tim Luft, skills specialist Sarah Wood, communications lead Laura McCaughey and production industry expert Martin Simms. 

The team is responsible for securing £multi-million grant funding, developing and delivering major socially impactful programmes of activities, public-private partnerships, stakeholder management, and regional and national government relations.
