Genea is an industry recognised tech entrepreneur who has over 10 years' experience in the field with a true sense of responsibility in creating immersive user experiences. Devoted to propelling the adoption of mainstream AR/VR and pushing the envelope further. Midlands Women in Tech 2019/2021 finalist.

With an art & design background which led her to become an exhibition stand designer, her passion for AR & VR was sparked while employed at a design firm attending events that featured this technology.

Through that passion she has spent years learning coding in different languages and how to build applications using different gaming engines. This led to creating AR & VR applications for new clients, with a great take-up.

The AR & VR technology side of the business expanded beyond the initial approach which then led to Captivate Reality being founded. Captivate Reality’s vision is to make innovative digital experiences that are accessible, understandable, and cost-effective for ALL.
